Upload Tab

When you've finished modifying your site, you can upload it to the web server using the upload tab. Once you've entered (and saved) the server information, all you need to do is type your password and press upload. Synthesis keeps track of what needs updating, and only the changed files are moved. Linked files, such as graphics and JavaScript, are transferred as well.

Uploading changed pages to the web server. This automated process moves only the files it needs to, so you'll be finished in no time.

The Upload Module uses the standard FTP protocol which is available on most every server. If your server does not support FTP, then you won't be able to use this module.

Operation

The operation is very simple. For the first transfer you'll need to enter, and save, your configuration settings. After that all you need to do is type in your password and press the Upload button.

Cleaning the site requires the same simple procedure, type in your password and press the cleanup button.
